SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed approximately within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic US Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping — $7.00 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping — $10.00 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up locally? We offer in-store pickup at our Asheville, NC location. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days after processing, depending on your location and local postal service.

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure delivery by December 25th, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:

  • Priority Shipping (US): December 20th
  • Economy Shipping (US): December 16th
  • International Orders: December 10th (varies by country)

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for the holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak holiday seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
